You provide directly: Player name (optional, for VS mode), email address (only if you contact support).
Collected automatically: Game scores, streaks, achievements (stored locally on YOUR device only). Device type and OS version for crash reporting. General usage patterns to improve gameplay.
Important: Game data is stored locally on your device — we do not upload it to our servers. Uninstalling the app deletes this data permanently.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Operate and improve our games and websites
- Process in-app purchases via Apple/Google
- Display leaderboards and statistics
- Respond to support requests
- Show advertisements (free tier only)
We never sell your personal information to anyone.
4. Third Party Services

5. In-App Purchases
All purchases processed by Apple or Google. Frenzy Pass ($2.99/mo) can be cancelled anytime via your device Settings → Subscriptions.
6. Advertising
Free version shows ads via Google AdMob. Frenzy Pass subscribers see zero ads.
Opt out: iOS → Settings → Privacy → Tracking. Android → Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.
7. Children's Privacy
Flip Frenzy is rated Everyone/4+. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us immediately at hello@ilbaventures.com if you believe your child has shared personal information.
8. California Residents (CCPA)

Lost my coins or progress?
Game data is saved locally on your device. Uninstalling the app clears this data. Always complete your daily challenge before clearing app data.
Purchase not showing up?
Restore purchases from the Settings menu in-game. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple/Google order ID.
Daily challenge not resetting?
The daily challenge resets at midnight local time. Force-close and reopen the app to refresh.
Ads not working for hints?
You get 3 free ad-powered hints per day. These reset at midnight. Upgrade to Frenzy Pass for unlimited hints.
