ILBA Ventures LLC is a mobile app and game development company based in Boynton Beach, Florida, United States. We build fun, addictive mobile games for iOS and Android platforms. Our games include Flip Frenzy and Reaction King.

Information you provide directly:

• Player name — entered voluntarily for VS Battle mode and leaderboards
• Email address — only if you contact us for support
• Support messages — content you send to our support team

Information collected automatically when you use our apps:

• Game progress, scores, streaks, coin balances, and achievements (stored locally on your device)
• Device type and operating system version (for crash reporting only)
• General usage patterns — which features you use and how often you play
• Session duration and frequency of app opens

We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:

• To operate, maintain, and improve our games and websites
• To process in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• To display in-game leaderboards and game statistics
• To send game-related push notifications (only with your permission)
• To respond to customer support requests
• To analyze usage patterns and improve gameplay experience
• To show relevant advertisements on the free tier of our apps
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for any purpose not listed above.

Our apps use the following trusted third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

All in-app purchases in Flip Frenzy are processed entirely by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). ILBA Ventures LLC does not collect, store, or have access to any payment card information.

The Frenzy Pass ($2.99/month for Flip Frenzy) and King Pass ($1.99/month for Reaction King) are auto-renewable subscriptions managed by your device's app store. You can cancel at any time through:

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → select the game
• Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → select the game

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google — we are unable to issue refunds directly.

The free versions of Flip Frenzy and Reaction King display advertisements powered by Google AdMob. These ads may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to show you relevant ads.

Paid subscribers (Frenzy Pass / King Pass) see zero advertisements.

To opt out of interest-based advertising:

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → tap "Delete advertising ID"

Opting out does not remove ads entirely from the free version — it only prevents personalization of those ads.

All our games (Flip Frenzy and Reaction King) are rated Everyone (E) on Google Play and 4+ on the Apple App Store. Our games are suitable for all ages including children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. Our games do not require account creation, do not ask for names, email addresses, or any personal details to play.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us through our support channels, please contact us immediately at hello@ilbaventures.com and we will delete it promptly.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Since game data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's own security features (passcode, Face ID, fingerprint, etc.).

We do not operate servers that store personal player data. Any information you share with us via email (support requests) is handled securely through Zoho Mail.

No method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Right to Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data
• Right to Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate personal data
• Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of interest-based advertising (see Section 06)
• Right to Portability: Request your data in a portable format

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you additional rights:

• The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share
• The right to delete your personal information
• The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our apps and services evolve. When we make changes we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Post a notice in the app if changes are significant
• Notify you by email if you have contacted us previously

Continued use of our apps or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
